We are currently looking for an experienced **Chef**, committed and passionate about gastronomy, to join our team. Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and established standards. * Perform mise en place and ensure proper preparation of ingredients. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen area. * Verify product quality, storage conditions, and stock rotation. * Comply with food safety regulations and good handling practices. * Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service. * Monitor proper ingredient usage and minimize waste. * Assist with receiving, storing, and inventorying merchandise. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a chef. * Knowledge of hot and cold cuisine and food handling. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Responsibility, punctuality, and service orientation.
