




Position Summary: A professional with experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), responsible for verifying standards, monitoring risks, conducting SSOMA inspections, and preparing safety documentation for projects and offices. Development and implementation of safety standards **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree or professional title in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related fields. **OTHER KNOWLEDGE:** AutoCAD. / Law No. 29783 **LANGUAGES:** Basic English (Desirable) **OFFICE:** Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. **VACCINATION:** Third dose of COVID-19 vaccine. **DRIVER'S LICENSE:** Class A-1 preferred but not mandatory Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in hydrocarbons and/or civil construction, with knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) matters. **RELATED TRAINING COURSES:** Documented curriculum vitae \- 150-hour OSH diploma programs **Willingness to travel / Field work** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Verify that equipment, tools, and materials comply with established standards in procedures by conducting inspections both on-site and in the office. · Continuously monitor activities posing risks in field and office environments and promptly report them to responsible supervisors. · Timely verify and report the condition of personal protective equipment (PPE) or other items relevant to assigned activities. · Conduct monthly SSOMA inspections and report identified observations and recommendations. · Monitor the status of measurement equipment on a biweekly basis when the HSEQ Coordinator is unavailable in the office, and disseminate the status information to all staff. Comply with the annual Integrated Management System (IMS) program regarding Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). · Develop and support the implementation of safety standards, task procedures, and practices related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). · Prepare the IPERC matrix, aspects matrix, and emergency response plan for projects and offices. Support induction training on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) for new and third-party personnel. Conduct pre-use checklists as a safety management tool (operations, equipment, high-risk tasks, PPE) for both office and field activities. · Conduct safety meetings and support related activities. Identify, report, and correct hazards/aspects and risks/impacts within the work area. Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation. · Comply with commitments established in the integrated policy for quality, environment, and occupational safety and health management. Participate in the development and updating of the risk map. · Comply with IMS-related recommendations. Adhere to regulations, rules, and instructions of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs. · Use company instruments, materials, equipment, facilities, and information appropriately. · Cooperate and participate in investigations of occupational accidents and occupational diseases when required by competent authorities or when available information aids in determining root causes. · Promptly inform the employer of any event or situation that endangers or may endanger personal safety and health or physical facilities. · Immediately implement corrective measures where feasible, without incurring any penalties. · Immediately report any incident, occupational accident, or occupational disease to safety representatives or delegates.
