At TECNOFILM SAC (an industrial-sector company), we are looking for a Human Resources Intern. **What will be your main responsibilities?** **\* Provide support to the Human Resources Department in the following processes:** * Technical Maintenance Training Matrix, identifying knowledge gaps and certification needs. * Support scheduling, logistics, and attendance tracking for courses and workshops. * Assist with departmental metrics (training hours, coverage, budget, and satisfaction level), ensuring accurate reporting for decision-making. * Draft and design graphic materials or communications (newsletters, bulletin boards, key messages) to keep the organization informed. * Support climate surveys, organizational culture initiatives, recognition programs, and internal corporate events. **What profile are we looking for?** * Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Communication Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions within Human Resources, Training, or Organizational Development areas. * Excel: Intermediate \- Advanced level **What do we offer?** * Internship agreement * FOLA insurance * Meal allowance * Opportunity for learning and development in a dynamic industrial environment. * Pleasant work atmosphere and culture focused on employee well-being. * Work location: San Juan de Miraflores (Km. 18, Panamericana Sur) * Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm** Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Application question(s): * Please indicate your district of residence. * Please indicate your field of study and academic cycle.
