Participate in job fairs and field recruitment Human Resources Intern – Recruitment and Selection **Join our team and build your Human Resources experience!** We are currently looking for a **Human Resources Intern – Recruitment and Selection**, who will support various activities related to personnel management and selection. We seek a **proactive, organized, communicative individual with strong motivation to learn**, eager to gain practical experience in Human Resources. Main Responsibilities Support the **screening and review of CVs**, aligned with required profiles. Contact and follow up with candidates. Assist with interview coordination and scheduling. Conduct **informational sessions** for applicants. Support the publication and dissemination of job openings. Participate in **job fairs and employability events**. Conduct **field recruitment** across various locations in Lima. Support updating candidate databases. Provide support in **filing, organizing, and updating employee personnel files**. Assist in preparing and updating recruitment reports. Participate in other activities related to **Human Resources and Recruitment and Selection**. Requirements Final-year student or recent graduate in **Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields**. Interest in developing expertise in **Recruitment and Selection**. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with candidates. Proactivity, organizational skills, and willingness to perform field recruitment activities. Availability to work on-site.
