Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources Intern to support recruitment, selection, and personnel management activities, gaining hands-on experience in the field. We are looking for a Human Resources Intern – Recruitment and Selection who will support various activities related to personnel management and selection. We seek a proactive, organized, communicative individual with strong motivation to learn and gain practical experience in the Human Resources field. Main Responsibilities Support CV screening and review according to requested profiles. Contact and follow up with candidates. Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews. Conduct informational sessions for applicants. Support posting and dissemination of job openings. Participate in job fairs and employability activities. Conduct field recruitment across various locations in Lima. Assist in updating candidate databases. Provide support in organizing, filing, and updating employee personnel files. Assist in preparing and updating recruitment reports. Participate in other activities related to Human Resources and Recruitment and Selection. Requirements Final-year student or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Interest in developing expertise in Recruitment and Selection. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with candidates. Proactivity, organization, and willingness to conduct field recruitment activities. Availability to work on-site. Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Work Location Calle De La Roca De Vergallo 493, Magdalena del Mar, Lima. Benefit Monthly mobility allowance of S/ 300.
