Conduct interviews and follow up on recruitment processes We are a project management company seeking talent to join our team. **What Are We Looking For?** A proactive and experienced leader to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures established in the construction manual. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in the final cycles of Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related programs * Strong communication skills * Ability to work effectively in a team * Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Indeed and Computrabajo * Fundamental understanding of interviews and candidate evaluation processes **Responsibilities:** * Posting job vacancies for the operations area * Monitoring the selection process * Contacting applicants via phone calls and messages * Sending and receiving evaluations * Conducting interviews and supporting personnel selection **What Do We Offer?** * Monthly stipend of S/. 300 * Hybrid work modality (in-person and remote) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (negotiable) * Internship certification Workplace: Hybrid in Lima, Lima
