Position Summary: Provide support in the evaluation and implementation of infrastructure and operational management projects, identifying improvement and optimization opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the implementation of industrial plants and production centers. 2. Process analysis and identification of improvement opportunities. 3. Preparation of technical diagnostics and optimization proposals. **Position Objective** Provide support in the evaluation and implementation of infrastructure and operational management projects. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering student from the 8th semester onward. * Preferably from UNI, UPN, or other universities with strong engineering training. * Desirable experience in internships, university projects, or research related to industrial processes, operations, logistics, or project management. * Knowledge of industrial processes and continuous improvement. * Basic knowledge of plant layout, process analysis, and time studies. * Availability to conduct field visits **Main Responsibilities** * Collect information for assigned projects. * Identify infrastructure, equipment, process, and management needs. * Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities. * Prepare technical diagnostics and optimization proposals. * Support the development of projects for implementing industrial plants, production centers, and complementary services. * Monitor project activities and schedules. * Support the management of permits, licenses, and other requirements for project implementation.
