The selected candidate will work starting from Revit models, floor plans, renders, photographs, videos, and other materials developed by our architecture and design team, transforming them into attractive and easily communicable visual assets for digital media. The candidate will participate in preparing moodboards, graphic compositions, diagrams, visual presentations, render post-production, AI implementation in these assets, and adaptation of projects to social media formats, following the graphic and visual guidelines defined by the team. We seek someone with strong aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn—someone who enjoys transforming architectural information into clear, creative, and compelling content for residential and commercial projects developed primarily in the United States. Responsibilities * **Visual content development:** Create graphic assets from project-provided materials, including moodboards, concept boards, compositions, before \& after visuals, and visual presentations. * **Graphic representation of projects:** Work with Revit models and floor plans, renders, elevations, 3D views, and other resources provided by the team to develop visual content for digital media. * **Revit-based material preparation:** Assist in reviewing models and preparing views, plans, elevations, sections, and other graphic resources required for content creation. * **Post-production and composition:** Primarily use Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance renders, floor plans, diagrams, and visual assets prior to publication. * **Architectural visualization:** Support preparation and refinement of renders, interior and exterior views, and other materials used to communicate projects. * **Visual research:** Conduct research on references, design trends, representation styles, materials, furniture, and graphic resources that can enrich project communication. * **Organization and collaborative work:** Maintain organized models, renders, floor plans, images, references, and editable files; participate in coordination, review, and feedback meetings with the team. Candidate Profile * Student of Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or related disciplines, with interest in architectural visualization, graphic representation, and digital content creation. * Proficiency in **Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator**, plus familiarity with architectural rendering and visualization tools such as **Enscape, Lumion, V\-Ray, D5 Render, or similar**. * Strong compositional, color, material, and visual presentation judgment, with ability to interpret models, plans, elevations, sections, renders, and other architectural information. * Creativity, organization, attention to detail, and capacity to work remotely, follow guidelines, and incorporate feedback during asset development. * Familiarity with **Canva, CapCut, AI tools applied to architecture and design**, graphic or audiovisual editing skills, intermediate English, and an academic or personal portfolio will be considered advantageous. About the Program The experience will last **3 months in remote mode**, with mentoring, coordination, and feedback throughout the activity period. During the program, the student will have the opportunity to work with real-world architecture, construction, and interior design project materials—primarily developed in the United States—thereby strengthening skills in graphic representation, architectural visualization, render post-production, visual composition, and social media content development. **Upon completion of the 3 months, potential team integration may be evaluated based on demonstrated performance, progress during the program, and company needs.** Salary: S/.1\.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid in Santiago de Surco, Lima
