Full Job Description HARDWARE PRE\-SALES SYSTEMS ENGINEERING INTERNSHIP Job Description Role Summary: We seek a student or recent graduate with strong analytical ability and passion for technology, with ORIENTATION TOWARD HARDWARE SALES, to join our IT team. As a Systems Engineering Intern, you will participate in the software development lifecycle, HARDWARE PRE-SALES, operational support, and technological process optimization for the company. \-Main Responsibilities: Support the development, maintenance, and quality assurance (QA) testing of internal applications or web platforms. Assist in the management, querying, and migration of relational and non-relational databases. Document technical processes, software architectures, flowcharts, and user manuals. Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal users for hardware and software incidents. Collaborate in the monitoring and preventive maintenance of networks and servers. Requirements for the Position Education and Experience: Student in final cycles (7th to 10th cycle) or recent graduate of Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Prior experience in academic projects, volunteering, or similar internships is desirable. Technical Knowledge: Basic/intermediate proficiency in at least one programming language. Database handling at the query level. Fundamental knowledge of agile methodologies. Familiarity with version control tools. Technical English (intermediate level desirable for reading documentation). Soft Skills: Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Proactivity and orientation toward continuous learning. Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams.
