Requirements: \- Students from the 3rd semester onward. \- Availability to work on a part-time basis. \- Interest in developing a career in Human Resources. \- Proactivity, responsibility, and results orientation. Functions by location: San Juan de Miraflores (SJM) \- Recruitment and selection of personnel. \- Posting of job vacancies. \- Candidate follow-up throughout the selection process. \- Coordination of interviews and telephone screening. Villa El Salvador (VES) and Villa María del Triunfo (VMT) \- Recruitment and selection of personnel. \- Candidate follow-up. \- Direct support to the Human Resources supervisor. \- Administrative and personnel management support activities.
