We seek a committed individual with technical knowledge and the ability to adapt to diverse projects — from design and renovations to administrative procedures and supplier coordination. Requirements: · Student in the final cycles of Architecture and/or Interior Design. · Solid knowledge of the National Building Regulations (RNE). · Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Layout (preferred). · Intermediate Excel skills. · Familiarity with rendering tools such as V\-Ray, Lumion, and Enscape (preferred). · Knowledge of municipal procedures and technical documentation. · Ability to work collaboratively, adapt quickly, and propose improvements. · Personal laptop (mandatory). · Excellent communication, organization, and results orientation. · General awareness of current major challenges and trends in interior and exterior design. · Interest in design applied to landscaping, decorative material layout, and fieldwork. · Residence in nearby districts such as La Molina or on the border with Surco. Main Responsibilities: · Assist in architectural design and preparation of 2D and 3D drawings. · Contact and coordinate with suppliers for materials and services. · Negotiate budgets and quotations, ensuring quality and compliance. · Collaborate in planning and supervising renovations and internal projects. · Support preparation of presentations, renderings, and visual proposals. · Maintain updated technical files and progress reports.
