Wishing you great success throughout this process! **What Do We Expect From You?** **Desired Education:** Students from the 7th semester onward in programs such as: Systems Engineering, Statistics, Economics Engineering, or related fields. **Required Knowledge:** ⁠* Intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI and SQL. * Advanced-level proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of statistics. ⁠* Intermediate-level English **What Challenges Will You Face?** * Designing and updating Power BI dashboards for productivity, operational capacity, SLAs, efficiency, and process monitoring. * Consolidating information from multiple sources to develop management indicators. * Analyzing trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities using data. * Participating in building productivity measurement and capacity management models. * Developing Python scripts to automate operational tasks, generate reports, and process data. * Supporting the identification of automation and digitalization opportunities. * Managing and maintaining information repositories on SharePoint. * Designing information structures and workflows that facilitate data querying and analysis. * Ensuring the quality, integrity, and timeliness of data used for operational management.
