Professional internships in Human Talent Management **PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP IN HUMAN TALENT MANAGEMENT** **Academic Qualifications** * Graduate or university bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Must meet the graduate status requirement to undertake professional internships, in accordance with current regulations. **Experience** * Minimum 3–6 months of experience in the Human Resources field. **Knowledge** * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Basic knowledge of Human Resources Management. * Basic knowledge of Labor Legislation. * Familiarity with Human Resources metrics is desirable. * Familiarity with recruitment and personnel selection platforms is desirable. **Competencies** * Proactivity. * Organization and planning. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Analytical ability. * Adaptability. **We Offer** * Professional internship agreement. * Continuous training. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Excellent working environment. * Participation in Human Talent Management area projects. **Internship Schedule** Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:30 Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
