We seek a **Professional Operations Intern** focused on channeling restaurant information regarding performance results, progress of the operational plan, and overall budget versus sales, to analyze and provide operational insights. **What Are We Looking For?** **Education:** Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality and Tourism, or related fields. **Knowledge:** Intermediate Excel proficiency and Basic Power BI proficiency. **Experience:** Minimum familiarity with quotation evaluations, purchase orders, price comparison tables, delivery timelines, and payment terms (desirable). **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Coordinate with suppliers to carry out necessary purchases for restaurants. * Process advance reimbursements, manage bulk purchases with the team, and handle incoming purchase request submissions. * Support the preparation of required reports and analyses on operational and sales progress to assess achievement of sales budget and operational plan targets. * Support execution of departmental improvement projects to contribute toward achieving both operational and strategic objectives set by Management. **What We Offer:** * Economic stipend for internship and FOLA insurance. * Schedule: Monday to Friday (hybrid 4x1). * Professional growth: Access career-path opportunities within a sector-leading company. * Educational agreements: Continue your development with exclusive benefits. * Corporate benefits: Enjoy special discounts and promotions across our four brands.
