JOB OBJECTIVE Provide support to the commercial department in customer service and follow-up, preparation and tracking of quotations, and coordination of technical and commercial information with the Technical Office, Production, and Administration departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support customer service and follow-up for current and potential clients. * Gather technical information required for preparing quotations for metal-mechanical services. * Coordinate with the Technical Office to obtain necessary information and cost data for quotations. * Support the preparation, review, and submission of commercial quotations. * Track submitted quotations and maintain up-to-date status records. * Support the follow-up of purchase orders, work orders, and commercial documentation. * Coordinate and internally track progress with departments involved in approved services. * Maintain updated databases of customers, quotations, and commercial opportunities. * Support the preparation of reports and commercial prospecting activities. REQUIREMENTS * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree holder in **Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**. * Interest in pursuing a career in **technical sales and commercial management**. * Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and metal-mechanical services. * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation is desirable. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office, especially Excel**. * Prior internship experience, technical sales experience, or experience in industrial/metal-mechanical companies is desirable. * Previous sales experience is not mandatory.
