Plan, organize, coordinate, supervise, arrange, control, and direct all activities within the warehouse area (receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods and supplies purchased domestically or internationally), ensuring operational continuity, proper storage, preservation, and dispatch of merchandise. **PROFILE** Academic Qualifications: · Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields. · Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions or warehouse supervisory roles. · ERP system knowledge—Inventory module preferred: Starsoft, warehouse management system. · Knowledge of handling and recording accounting and import documentation. · English: Basic · Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. · Experience leading personnel. **COMPETENCIES** · Effective communication at all levels. · Leadership ability. · Data-driven decision-making (logistics KPIs). · Results orientation. · Organizational and coordination skills (FIFO). · Confidentiality. · Ability to resolve conflicts under pressure. · Strong interpersonal skills. · Adaptability to respond to demand fluctuations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Monitor inbound and outbound merchandise. Conduct periodic or cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels, control shrinkage, and prevent stockouts using established methodologies. Strategically allocate warehouse space to optimize order-picking routes and maximize operational capacity. Ensure proper handling of products and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and Good Storage Practices (GSP). **REQUIREMENT** · Driver’s license categories A1, A2B, A3B Salary: S/.2,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
