If you have clear diction, experience in telecom call centers, strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a team, this opportunity is for you! Key Responsibilities: Role-play Read and accurately register contracts following established protocols. Provide clear and professional service to Peruvian customers. Requirements: \- Ensure daily platform management, guaranteeing achievement of sales targets. \- Provide continuous feedback to the team to achieve optimal performance. \- Perform administrative personnel management \- Efficiently manage assigned resources (budget, work tools, others). \- Collect, analyze, and interpret KPIs, generating required operational reports. \- Implement practices that promote a positive work environment aligned with organizational culture. 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Work Mode: On-site at office – secure location near Los Olivos Municipality and Panamericana Norte.
