Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies At Synopsis, we are looking for a Senior Android Developer (Kotlin \+ React Native) for one of our banking-sector clients. \- Peru residents only **Role Objective** Develop, maintain, and evolve mission-critical mobile applications, actively contributing to technological modernization initiatives, architectural optimization, service integration, and continuous improvement of the user's digital experience. **Profile Description** We seek a Senior Android Developer with solid experience in native Android mobile development using Kotlin and knowledge of React Native, capable of participating in digital transformation projects, application modernization, and architectural evolution. The professional will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams under agile methodologies and sound development practices. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain highly available Android mobile applications. * Implement new features following quality, security, and performance standards. * Participate in defining mobile architecture and development best practices. * Integrate applications with REST APIs and backend services. * Participate in code review processes. * Perform unit testing and support quality assurance activities. * Collaborate with Backend, QA, UX/UI, and Product teams. * Participate in deployments, production support, and incident resolution. * Contribute to the technological evolution of mobile platforms. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of software development experience. * Minimum 4 years of Android application development experience. * Solid Kotlin experience. * Experience in native Android application development. * Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs. * Knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, or others). * Experience with Git and version control. * Experience performing unit tests and debugging mobile applications. * Knowledge of mobile application publishing and maintenance. * React Native experience. **Desirable** * Knowledge of hybrid mobile architectures. * Experience in AWS cloud environments. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). * Experience in banking, fintech, or payment systems. * Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile applications. **Benefits** * Full payroll under general regime * 50% EPS health insurance * Oncological insurance * Ongoing training * Professional growth Work modality: Hybrid, 2 days per week at client site (Miraflores) Apply now and become part of significant technological initiatives within the financial sector!
