Join the best team and transcend with your talent as a **Senior Collections Strategy Analyst** **Your primary objective will be:** To lead the identification and development of high-impact opportunities in collections management through advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and predictive models, transforming data into strategic decisions that generate business value. You will act as the analytical reference for management, anticipating risks, identifying opportunities, and supporting decision-making to contribute to the recovery, provisioning, and profitability objectives of Personal Banking. **How will you achieve this?** * Identifying improvement opportunities and value generation through advanced data analysis. * Applying advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to optimize collections strategies and solve complex problems. * Conducting segmentation and exploratory analysis to detect patterns, anticipate risks, and validate hypotheses. * Designing and evaluating initiatives through testing and analytical modeling. * Monitoring portfolio performance and the impact of implemented strategies. * Developing collections campaigns based on analytical insights and customer behavior. * Formulating well-supported strategic recommendations for management. * Communicating results through clear, high-impact executive presentations. * Incorporating new methodologies and best practices to drive continuous innovation. **What do we require from you?** * Degree in Statistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * More than 4 years of experience in advanced analytics, automation, and executive communication. * Advanced knowledge of: SQL, Oracle, AWS, Python, Power BI, and Amazon QuickSight. * Experience with agile methodologies (desirable). * Intermediate English proficiency and advanced Office skills. **What do we offer at Interbank?** At Interbank, we are committed to equal opportunity.
