Responsibilities for the ***pre-professional internship – COMMERCIAL SALES*** position: * **Advising customers on products sold via social media**. * **Timely response to messages and comments on social media platforms**. * Proactively resolving customer issues and inquiries. * Managing the entire sales cycle: customer service, follow-up, and closing. * Coordinating with the logistics team for order delivery. * Payment verification and recordkeeping. * Case monitoring and tracking.
