Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement in operations. **WAREHOUSE MANAGER** A growing company is seeking a highly qualified professional to assume the position of **Warehouse Manager**, results-driven, with solid experience in logistics management, inventory control, and leadership of operational teams. We seek a strategic, organized individual capable of optimizing processes while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with quality and food safety standards. **JOB PROFILE** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Preferred specialization in Logistics Management, Operations, or Supply Chain Management. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles such as Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor. * Experience in industrial, food, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or other sectors with high-quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Solid knowledge of: * Comprehensive warehouse management. * Receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching. * Inventory control (FIFO, FEFO, Kardex, and cycle counts). * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality management systems. * Logistics performance indicators (KPIs). * Advanced use of ERP SAP and Excel. * Leadership, planning, and decision-making capabilities. * High level of commitment, accountability, and results orientation. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, direct, and supervise warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring adherence to procurement and distribution schedules. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality and food safety standards, and internal procedures. * Supervise product receiving, storage, rotation, and dispatch, ensuring proper preservation and traceability. * Ensure inventory accuracy through physical counts, reconciliations, and ERP system tracking. * Optimize picking, packing, and dispatch processes to improve turnaround times and service levels. * Analyze logistics management indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous operational improvements. * Monitor inventory shrinkage, expiration dates, and appropriate storage conditions. * Lead and supervise the warehouse team, promoting discipline, order, safety, and operational efficiency. * Coordinate with Production, Quality, Sales, and Transportation departments to ensure operational continuity. * Optimize operational resources, space utilization, and logistics costs. **CORE COMPETENCIES** * Leadership and team management. * Organization and strategic planning. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication. * Results orientation and continuous improvement. * Ability to work under pressure. **WE OFFER** * Formal employment registration. * Job stability. * Opportunities for professional development. * Positive work environment. * Market-competitive remuneration aligned with experience.
