Coordinates and supervises order preparation and dispatch A nationally established food manufacturing company with over 30 years of experience in the industrial baking sector is seeking top talent for the position of **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR**. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or current student in Logistics, Administration, or Industrial Engineering. * Experience in warehouse operations (picking and inventory taking), minimum 1 year **(mandatory)**. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, **from 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM (including a 45-minute lunch break).** * Preferably resides in districts near Cercado de Lima **(mandatory)**. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage product intake, storage, rotation, and control of finished goods, ensuring proper inventory traceability. * Execute and coordinate cyclic and general inventories, identifying and managing discrepancies and losses. * Supervise storage conditions, product preservation, order, and cleanliness of products and warehouse areas. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, pest control, and the 5S methodology. * Verify the appropriate condition of products and packaging prior to dispatch. * Coordinate and supervise order preparation, consolidation, packing, and dispatch, ensuring accurate outbound documentation. * Organize and supervise activities, attendance, and coverage of assigned personnel. * Propose and implement improvements to optimize storage and dispatch processes. **BENEFITS** * Full payroll registration from day one **(general regime)**. * Salary: Range between S/1,700 to S/1,850 *(based on experience)*. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM (including 45-minute lunch break). * Opportunity for professional development within the area.
