Collaborate in the production of baked goods and confectionery products. 2. Ensure product quality and presentation. 3. Actively participate in the creation of new proposals. Hello, We are Alanya Confectionery, currently seeking new personnel for our BAKERY department. The position is full-time. Working Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Night Shift) MEALS **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Specific Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning tasks in the work area. * Assist the direct supervisor with core tasks. * Comply with food safety regulations and contribute to equipment and utensil maintenance. * Support quality supervision of products, ensuring standards for flavor, texture, and presentation are met. * Participate in the creation of baked goods, including assembly and decoration according to presentation specifications. * Measure and weigh ingredients; prepare doughs, fillings, and coatings according to recipes and the baker's instructions. * Take store orders to initiate production. * Implement all new proposals within the production area. * Support, as needed, in the dispatch of baked goods. * Report any incidents occurring in the bakery area for control purposes. * Other duties inherent to the position.
