Job Summary: We are seeking a Help Desk Operator to maintain operational support services, handle application incidents, and ensure proper ticket closure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain incident support services reported by users 2. Handle application incidents from the Help Desk 3. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * 6 months of experience in help desk or call center (preferred). * Knowledge of Windows desktop (W7, W8\.1, W10\), Office, Office 365, and Level I networking. * Familiarity with IT service management and incident logging tools, and IT Service Management. * Customer service training courses. * Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday (first day off rotates weekly) * Full-time schedule: Morning shift (9 AM to 6 PM), Afternoon shift (11 AM to 9 PM) Main Responsibilities: * Contact and coordinate with clients according to the Work Order request. * Maintain operational incident support services during agreed hours for users of systems covered under the service scope. * Handle application incidents from the Help Desk. * Continuously track pending tickets and ensure their proper closure Benefits: * Be part of the América Móvil Group. * Full payroll salary from day one. * 50% EPS coverage. * Corporate agreements.
