Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team The restaurant requires a **Kitchen Assistant** with experience in Creole cuisine. **Responsibilities:** *Assist the chef with the daily menu, chop and prepare salads, dressings, and mayonnaise.* *Be quick and organized.* *Serve and plate appetizers.* *Handle orders and call out customer requests.* *Work under pressure (during peak hours).* *Maintain and clean one's workstation.* **Schedule: Monday \- Saturday 8am \- 5\.30pm** **(Day off on Sundays)** **Salary: 1300 \- 1450 soles** **Payment: Biweekly and end-of-month.** Workplace: 3 blocks from Atocongo station, SJM.
