Job Summary: Newrest is seeking Kitchen Assistants to support the chef in pre-preparation and preparation of dishes, including sauces, garnishes, and salads, while performing mise & place. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of dishes 2. Prepare sauces, garnishes, and salads 3. Focused on gastronomy, we maintain operations in Airline Catering, Concessions, and Remote Site Services, covering food service, maintenance, and hospitality in the latter. We are currently seeking KITCHEN ASSISTANTS. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * And/or relevant work experience validating and supporting your knowledge. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in concession-based positions or related fields. * Availability to work in Callao. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist the cook and/or head chef with pre-preparation and/or preparation of dishes * Prepare sauces, garnishes, salads, and others * Perform mise \& place * Assist in assigned food preparation and plating tasks * Support activities as assigned by your immediate supervisor BENEFITS: * Formal employment registration from day one. * Base salary \+ bonuses \+ 100% covered meals. * Monthly payments.
