Position Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist with a strong scientific background, capable of conducting kinesio-functional assessments, designing personalized treatment plans, and applying various techniques for patient recovery. Participation in multidisciplinary medical meetings **We are seeking a LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST**, with a solid scientific foundation in functional anatomy, exercise physiology, and biomechanics. The candidate must be able to perform precise kinesio\-functional assessments, design personalized treatment plans, and implement manual therapy and physical agent techniques aimed at optimal patient recovery. **Academic Requirements** * **Professional Degree:** **LICENSED** in Medical Technology, specializing in **PHYSICAL THERAPY AND REHABILITATION**. Female candidates are preferred. * **Professional Registration:** Registered and licensed by the College of Medical Technologists of Peru (CTMP). * **Additional Training:** Diplomas or courses in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling (MANDATORY), Global Postural Re-education, or Sports Physiotherapy, among others. **Technical Competencies** * **Assessment:** Proficiency in goniometric measurements, muscle strength evaluation, and specific orthopedic tests. * **Physical Agents:** Advanced use of electrotherapy, ultrasound, laser, and magnetotherapy, etc. * **Exercise Prescription:** Ability to design therapeutic exercise protocols based on movement physiology, tailored to the patient's capacity. * **Clinical Documentation:** Technical writing of progress notes using the SOAP format (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan). **4\. Skills** * **Empathy and Communication:** Ability to explain complex pathological processes to patients in simple terms. * **Clinical Reasoning:** Ability to modify treatment based on the patient's immediate physiological response. * **Professional Ethics:** Commitment to patient safety and data confidentiality. **5\.
