Responsibilities: * Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Handling of technical incidents. * Electrical and plumbing repairs. * Support in finishing works and painting. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Requirements: * Technical graduate in Electricity, Mechanics, or related field. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance in corporate buildings. * Knowledge in: Electricity, Plumbing, Painting, Locksmithing, Finishing Works. * Willingness to travel between offices in Lima.
