**About MyOutDesk**
MyOutDesk is one of the largest and most trusted virtual staffing companies in the United States, connecting skilled bilingual professionals in Lima with U.S.\-based businesses. Our clients are busy executives and business owners who expect a high standard from day one — clear communication, structured execution, and a professional who can operate independently without constant supervision. They work with documented SOPs, defined KPIs, and expect their Associate to follow processes, hit metrics, and bring reliability to every task. If you've worked in a BPO supporting U.S. clients, you already know what that standard looks like. That's who we hire.
**The Role**
We're looking for organized, detail\-oriented professionals to support senior U.S.\-based executives with day\-to\-day administrative operations. You'll be the backbone that keeps leadership on track — managing calendars, inboxes, communications, and internal coordination so your client can focus on revenue and growth.
**Key Responsibilities*** Manage complex executive calendars — schedule meetings, calls, and demos across multiple time zones without conflicts.
* Triage and manage the executive's inbox — flag priorities, draft responses, and ensure nothing goes unanswered.
* Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and action item follow\-ups in real time.
* Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
* Maintain and update CRM records, internal documentation, and file systems.
* Draft and edit professional communications, reports, and presentations.
* Track deadlines, pending approvals, and outstanding tasks on behalf of the executive.
* Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external contacts professionally.
* Build and maintain SOPs and process documentation for recurring workflows.
***You're a Match If You Have***
* Managed a U.S.\-based executive's calendar and inbox remotely.
* Worked in a BPO handling administrative tasks for U.S. clients.
* Supported multiple stakeholders simultaneously while keeping everything on track.
* Operated under performance metrics and followed documented SOPs.
* Used tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or CRM platforms daily.
**Requirements**
* 3\+ years in an EA, admin, or operations support role — BPO or U.S.\-client experience required and must be documented on your resume.
* Strong spoken and written English — C1 preferred.
* This position is on\-site at our office in San Isidro, Lima — candidates must be able to commute daily.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
* CRM experience is a plus.
* Your last 3 positions should reflect an average tenure of at least 1 year per role; this will be verified during the screening process.
* Able to follow SOPs, work under defined metrics, and report on progress regularly.
**Benefits**
* Competitive salary based on experience.
* Immediate payroll enrollment from Day 1 — fully registered under Peruvian labor law (Régimen General).
* 100% statutory benefits — CTS, gratificaciones, vacaciones, and AFP/ONP contributions per Peruvian regulations.
* Private health insurance — Rímac EPS coverage from the start.
* Long\-term career placement with a single dedicated U.S. client.
* Fixed U.S. business hours — no rotating shifts.
* Exposure to U.S. business standards, tools, and professional culture.
* Career growth opportunities — many of our Associates grow with the same client for years.
**Why MOD?**
One client. One relationship. You're not a seat in a campaign — you're a direct extension of a U.S. business that knows your name, values your work, and is built for the long term.
This company is made up of genuinely good people who are investing in a long\-term solution — not a quick fix. You'll have real ownership over the back office, work closely with a tight\-knit team, and see the direct impact of your work every single day. If you're looking for stability, a team that values you, and a role where your skills truly matter — this is it.
