Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer or related professional to coordinate production and maintenance, evaluate costs, and optimize processes in a packaging company. Key Highlights: 1. We maintain our reputation based on personalized service, recognizing our customers' needs and achieving their satisfaction, as well as maintaining high quality standards for our products and services. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and ensure execution of the production and maintenance plan * Evaluate and analyze production costs for each work order (WO) and maintenance execution * Record and analyze productivity, material losses, and machine downtime * Record and control maintenance spare parts inventory * Develop and/or update production and maintenance processes, procedures, and instructions * Develop the production and maintenance plan * Develop production and maintenance indicators * Present plant performance and production cost reports **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineer or related degree * Minimum 1 year of experience in production plants * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning\-afternoon\-night) * Knowledge of industrial safety * SAP proficiency preferred * Experience developing maintenance plans **We Offer:** * Full statutory benefits * Payroll enrollment from day one * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments * Profit-sharing participation Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have working in production plants? * Do you have experience in plastic packaging manufacturing processes?
