Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Salesperson/Sales Advisor to serve customers, identify their needs, close sales, and maintain store operations. Key Highlights: 1. On behalf of our client **Hipermercado Cerámico**, we are seeking **Store Salespersons / Sales Advisors for Villa El Salvador.** **Position:** **Commercial Advisor / Sales (Retail)** **Requirements:** * Minimum **6 months’ experience as a sales advisor, store salesperson, or certified cashier** * Knowledge of **sales and customer service** in the Retail, sub-distribution, and/or construction sectors (preferred) * Completed secondary education. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve customers, identify their needs, and achieve sales targets. * Maintain store order, proper product display, and up-to-date pricing. * Adhere to customer service protocols to ensure satisfaction. * Promote current commercial and financial promotions. * Follow up on quotations and support adherence to assigned working hours. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **What We Offer:** * Fixed salary * **Commissions** based on target achievement * **Bi-weekly payments** * Opportunity for growth and continuous training. * Indefinite-term contract (3-month probationary period) * Formal employment with 100% statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, ESSALUD, family allowance). **Working Hours:** **Availability required between** 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (rotating shifts), including the following shifts: * Morning shift: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Afternoon shift: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. * **Sunday:** 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **One rotating day off** **Address:** Mz.
