We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Warehouse Operator**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Residence:** Must reside in the eastern zone (Huachipa, Ate, or nearby areas). * **Availability:** Must be available to work fixed shifts (Day, Afternoon, or Night). * **WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receiving and dispatching merchandise. * Performing picking and conducting inventory counts. * Stacking, unstacking, and recording in the ledger. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll enrollment from day one with all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, etc.). * Base salary of S/ 1,300 \+ overtime pay \+ night shift bonus (as applicable). * Meal coverage (70% for lunch / 100% for breakfast for the early-morning shift). * Commuting allowance according to shift. * Career path opportunity starting from the 6th month and industrial vehicle certification starting from the 3rd month. * Educational agreements, medical campaigns, and health or school loans. * Timely biweekly payments.
