Heavy machinery may be used to complete tasks. This position performs other assigned duties. **Responsibilities:** * Receives, inspects, and stores incoming products. * Receives returns, counts and confirms quantities, determines condition, and completes paperwork. * Picks orders and selects products from appropriate locations. * Verifies accuracy of picked orders. * Prepares and safely packages products. * Coordinates shipment pickup, contacts carriers, and schedules timing. * Handles products and performs tasks in accordance with customer procedures and governmental/compliance regulations. * Palletizes boxes, wraps, and loads skids onto trailers. * Creates shipping labels and other package documentation to maintain accurate shipping data in the Warehouse Management System. * Safely operates various powered equipment. * Responds promptly to customer inquiries, resolves issues, and escalates service problems to the supervisor. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent \- Preferred * Warehouse experience: preferred * Availability to work flexible shifts, up to 5 days per week **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
