Ongoing training to enhance your skills We are looking for a proactive and motivated video-call sales advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting sales calls with potential leads, advising them and offering the product/service best suited to their needs. Your primary objective will be to sell to leads via video calls. Responsibilities: \-Check Google Calendar to know when and with whom you have a sales call \-Contact leads at the scheduled time for the video call via WhatsApp and prepaid phone calls. Speak with the lead until they connect to the video call or agree to reschedule for another date. \-Join sales calls punctually, with stable internet connection, camera (in landscape orientation), and microphone enabled. \-Explain the service we offer, address objections, and aim to close a full or partial sale. \-Record the outcome of each call in Excel. \-Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. \-Deliver excellent customer service during interactions. Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role (telephone sales, telemarketing, or customer service) is preferred. Outstanding verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Results-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (basic spreadsheet proficiency).
