We are currently seeking a B2B Commercial Assistant to join our commercial team. We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills, focused on customer follow-up and supporting commercial opportunity management. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide commercial department support in preparing, sending, and tracking quotations and sales opportunities. * Coordinate with customers regarding the submission of commercial and technical information, as well as tracking requirements and orders. * Maintain up-to-date records of quotations, purchase orders, orders, and commercial documentation in the system. * Coordinate with production and operations departments to track orders and ensure adherence to delivery deadlines. * Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding the status of their orders, inquiries, and requirements. * Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely support and routing each case to the relevant departments. * Prepare commercial reports and update price lists, technical datasheets, and the department’s database. **Requirements** * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in commercial, sales, customer service, or similar roles (preferred). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Experience using ERP or commercial management systems (e.g., ODOO) is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers. * Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities. * Proactive, responsible, dynamic, and results-oriented individual. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across different departments. * Interest in professional development within the B2B commercial area. * Availability for on-site work in Ate, Lima. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Full statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, ESSALUD, etc.). * Timely biweekly payments. * Excellent working environment. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth. * Career path within the commercial department. * Participation in projects with major companies in the sector. * Working hours: Monday to Friday. * Full-time on-site position.
