Job Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Workshop Manager to supervise operations, serve customers, coordinate services, and support digital marketing. Key Highlights: 1. Location: Surquillo – Inga Street 471 Starting Salary: S/ 1,500 per month Work Mode: On-site Company: Clauste Automotive Workshop Main Responsibilities: Comprehensively manage automotive workshop operations. Respond to customer messages and inquiries from social media, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. Provide information and quotations for maintenance and repair services. Coordinate and supervise work performed by mechanics and workshop assistants. Follow up with customers and close service sales. Organize workshop appointment schedules and bookings. Supervise service quality and customer satisfaction. Coordinate spare parts orders and warranty follow-ups. Support social media posts and promotions. Report on customer service and sales performance. Requirements: Experience in customer service, sales, or automotive workshop administration. Basic to intermediate knowledge of automotive services. Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude. Proficiency in WhatsApp, social media, and basic office tools. Organized, proactive individual with leadership potential.
