Participation in real-world projects with organizational impact A leading pharmaceutical sector laboratory is seeking a **Continuous Improvement Intern**, focused on process management, standardization, and operational optimization. We seek an **analytical, proactive, and critically thinking** candidate, interested in developing within a regulated environment (GMP/GLP), where they can strengthen their competencies and actively participate in organizational improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** 1\. Final-year student or recent graduate in **Pharmaceutical Chemistry** 2\. Prior laboratory experience preferred (not mandatory) 3\. Basic knowledge of: \- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) \- Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) 4\. Quality tools (Ishikawa, Pareto, 5W2H, KPIs, etc.) 5\. Intermediate Excel skills (preferred) **Skills:** 1\. Analysis and organization 2\. Proactivity and responsibility 3\. Teamwork. **Responsibilities:** **1\.** Support the execution of continuous improvement and process optimization projects. 2\. Participate in the analysis of management indicators and development of improvement proposals. 3\. Provide support during self-inspections and internal audits. 4\. Support process monitoring and compliance with GMP/GLP standards. 5\. Collaborate in the preparation and updating of reports, records, and technical documentation. 6\. Support identification, analysis, and follow-up of deviations and non-conformities. 7\. Other duties assigned by the department. **We Offer:** 1\.
