Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic leader and strategist with strong team management capabilities to commercially coordinate our operations, overseeing sales, developing strategies, and leading marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise provincial sales teams with periodic travel. 2. Develop promotional and marketing strategies to accelerate targets. 3. Design digital and traditional marketing campaigns to acquire customers. We seek a dynamic, strategic leader with strong provincial team management capabilities to assume commercial coordination of our operations. **Your key challenges:** * **Monitor and supervise** the daily performance of the sales team. * **Lead recruitment calls** and selection of new sales representatives in **Chincha, Iquitos, and Pacasmayo**. * **Travel to assigned regions** to conduct trainings, activations, and on-site supervision. * **Conduct continuous follow-up** on KPIs and sales results achievement. * **Generate promotional ideas** and implement strategies to accelerate targets. * **Manage content** and administer the company's social media accounts. * **Design digital and traditional marketing campaigns** to acquire customers. * **What we look for in you:** * **Proven experience** as a Supervisor, Commercial Coordinator, or Sales Leader. * **Full availability for periodic travel** to provinces (Mandatory). * **Leadership ability** to manage and motivate both in-person and remote commercial teams. * **Knowledge of digital marketing**, social media management, and promotion development. * **Results-oriented mindset**, proactivity, and excellent communication skills. * **Immediate availability** for full-time employment. **We offer:** * **Fixed salary:** S/ 2,500 per month. * **Statutory benefits:** Enrollment in electronic payroll under the **MYPE Regime**. * **Social protection:** Affiliation to **EsSalud** and retirement contributions (**AFP / ONP**). * **Paid leave:** 15 days of annual vacation. * **Additional benefits:** Half-yearly bonus in July and December \+ half CTS (if applicable to Small Enterprises). * **Per diems:** 100% company coverage of travel, accommodation, and transportation expenses.
