Field Sales Advisor – Claro Operator At **H \& B AVANCE GLOBAL E.I.R.L.**, an authorized Claro distributor, we seek dynamic, responsible individuals with a commercial mindset to join our sales team in Piura. We accept applicants **with or without prior experience**, as we provide training, mentoring, and tools to learn the sales process. What will you do? * Promote Claro’s internet and telecommunications services. * Visit customers in assigned areas via door-to-door outreach. * Identify their needs and offer the most suitable plan. * Clearly explain promotions, pricing, and benefits. * Accurately record sales and follow up until installation. * Achieve established sales targets. * Participate in training sessions and follow-up meetings. What are we looking for? * Completed secondary education. * Sales experience is preferred but not required. * Strong verbal communication skills and excellent customer service attitude. * Positive attitude, responsibility, and results orientation. * Availability to perform on-site field work. * Basic proficiency in WhatsApp and mobile applications. * Immediate availability.
