Responsibilities * Support food preparation and production. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Assist with receiving, storing, and preserving ingredients. * Provide support to the chef and kitchen team in daily operations. * Comply with food quality and safety standards. Requirements * Technical studies in Gastronomy or Culinary Arts **in progress or completed**. * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant or in similar positions (minimum 1 year). * Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling. * Proactive attitude, ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Strong willingness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and develop across different types of cuisine.
