Verifying parameters and compliance with production processes A food industry company is seeking a PRODUCTION ASSISTANT to provide operational management support for the production area, ensuring compliance with processes, production forecasts, quality standards, and food safety. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise operational staff regarding schedules, hygiene, and task performance. * Review and centralize daily production records and documentation. * Coordinate material supply and product receipt into the warehouse. * Supervise plant order, cleanliness, and proper closure at the end of each shift. * Verify parameters and compliance with production processes. Requirements: ✔ Student, graduate, or bachelor's degree in Food Industry, Chemistry, or related fields ✔ Minimum 1 year of experience ✔ Basic knowledge of BPM and HACCP ✔ Personnel management and process control skills ✔ Knowledge of laboratory analysis and testing.
