Enforce established process parameters, finished product characteristics, HACCP prerequisites, and the use of control forms by personnel. Perform sensory and physicochemical analysis on intermediate and finished products, as well as coordinate sample shipments and result reporting with internal and external laboratories. Issue technical quality reports and documents when necessary.
