Requirements: * Proven experience in dress and women's clothing sales. * Excellent customer service and ability to close sales. * Strong personal presence and passion for fashion. * Availability to work rotating shifts. We Offer: * Full-Time employment. * Fixed salary of S/ 1,300\. * Average commissions of S/ 1,500\. * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from day one. * Rotating schedule: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday with one rotating day off.
