




Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Administrator to lead the overall operations, team, and commercial strategy of our cafés, ensuring quality and service standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. MACCHIA Confectionery – Café is currently seeking our next Store Administrator Job Responsibilities: · Manage and supervise overall store operations, ensuring compliance with quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. · Lead, motivate, and develop the workforce, fostering a positive work environment. · Plan, administer, and monitor the operational budget and key performance indicators (sales, productivity, average ticket, shrinkage, costs, and profitability). · Design and implement commercial and marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales and achieving targets. · Supervise the proper functioning of store facilities, equipment, and furniture. · Monitor cash operations, daily closings, sales reconciliations, and payment platforms (POS). · Supervise digital channel and delivery platform operations, ensuring accurate order management. · Resolve incidents and handle customer complaints in accordance with established protocols. · Ensure proper control and storage of food and supplies, as well as maintenance of restaurant documentation. · Prepare management reports and perform other duties assigned by Management, as required by operational needs. Requirements: · Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Tourism Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. · Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as a restaurant administrator or · administrator of multiple café stores. · Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory) · Power BI proficiency (preferred) · Familiarity with delivery platforms and digital channels. · Knowledge of Good Handling Practices (GHP), food safety, and occupational health and safety. · Availability to work across group stores (Miraflores, San Isidro, and · Chorrillos), based in Miraflores. · Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
