Functions: * Legally represent the pharmacy before DIGEMID or other regulatory bodies. Supervision of storage and distribution: * Ensure that products are stored and distributed under appropriate conditions (temperature, humidity, security). * Control of inventory, expiration dates, returned or unsuitable products. * Keep up to date manuals, protocols, technical reports, and records required by law. * Support during audits and inspections: Assist in obtaining, regularizing, and/or renewing permits. * Health registries and authorizations required by the pharmacy before the competent authorities. Requirements: * Professional degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, with active registration and license from the Colegio Químico Farmacéutico del Perú. * Valid registration with DIGEMID as Technical Director. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles within pharmacies, laboratories, or drugstores is desirable. * Knowledge of procedures and authorizations before DIGEMID, SUNAT, and municipal authorities. * High ethical and professional responsibility. * Proactivity in managing permits and audits.
