Manages the store as a business unit, optimizing tasks. **Job Description** ---------------------- Effectively manage the execution of Sales Plans, Customer Service Excellence, Expense Budgets, and Commercial Strategies. 1\. Ensure customer service excellence standards. 2\. Achieve the store’s sales targets. 3\. Adhere to expense budgets and identify additional cost-saving opportunities. 4\. Ensure and manage compliance with the store’s logistics processes. 5\. Manage and promote a digital culture within the store, encouraging team adoption of digital tools. 6\. Implement the store staff training program. 7\. Support ongoing staff development to prepare them for positions of greater responsibility. 8\. Recognize valuable ideas generated by store staff for business benefit. 9\. Enforce progressive discipline policies. 10\. Execute the hiring program to ensure high-quality service delivery. 11\. Continuously optimize various operational tasks in the store using Lean methodology. 12\. Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses. 13\. Lead teams based on the open-door policy. 14\. Continuously drive changes in the store to make it engaging and dynamic for customers. 15\. Manage the store in person as a Business Unit, allocating resources flexibly according to operational needs. 16\. Foster a positive work environment through best practices and strong performance. 17\. Identify and pursue business opportunities with potential customers. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in retail, supermarkets, mass consumer goods, or related industries. * Experience leading teams. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to work onsite on rotating shifts. * Availability to work in Iquitos.
