Job Summary: A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee operations, coordinate staff, and ensure compliance with the production schedule and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for executing and ensuring compliance with the production schedule. 2. Monitoring the operation of processes carried out at the plant. 3. Supervising and training personnel to improve skills and safety. A prominent pharmaceutical company is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for its laboratory. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or university graduate in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. 2. Two years of relevant experience. 3. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 4. Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for executing and ensuring compliance with the production schedule. 2. Monitoring the operation of processes carried out at the plant. 3. Planning, coordinating, and supervising activities of subordinates in accordance with established standards, methods, or procedures. 4. Developing training and development programs for plant personnel to enhance technical skills and promote a safe working environment. 5. Participating in GMP compliance inspections across company departments and in internal audit activities. 6. Other duties inherent to the position.
