Job Summary:
End-to-end management of orders and logistics operations, from coordination with Finance and shipping lines to post-sales follow-up and optimization of timelines and costs.

Create and manage orders in SAP, coordinating their approval with Finance to ensure timely release.
Manage bookings with shipping lines and logistics operators, ensuring compliance with customers’ required dispatch dates.
Track sales and post-sales operations via BI CRM and Tracking tools, from dispatch through delivery of documentation to the customer.
Prepare freight and logistics cost quotations, considering requested Incoterms for commercial proposal preparation.
Review and approve pro\-formas and enter logistics costs, ensuring closure of the cycle and issuance of shipping documents.
Monitor production and order dispatch, coordinate documentation delivery, and seek to optimize logistics timelines and costs.

Requirements
Professional in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of post-sales experience in international trade.
Intermediate Excel skills (formulas and pivot tables).
Advanced English.
