We are Jiaang Logistics Operator, a subsidiary headquartered in China, providing integrated logistics services—including procurement, purchasing, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery—to clients in Peru, China, and worldwide. We are currently seeking a Management Assistant to join our team in Lima. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Management of physical and/or digital documents. * Monitoring, recording, receiving, and responding to e\-mails. * Vendor management. * Administration of work materials and office supplies for staff. * Petty cash handling and invoicing. * Coordination of recruitment processes. * Support in commercial operations. * Calendar management and participation in corporate events. * Perform other duties as assigned by Management. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, International Business, or related fields (International Business experience preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and precision in all tasks. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
