Job Summary: We are seeking a telecommunications professional to conduct homologation, configuration, and validation tests on FTTH/GPON equipment, manage network platforms, and produce technical reports and manuals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct homologation and configuration tests on FTTH/GPON access equipment. 2. Evaluate advanced network functionalities and identify technical faults. 3. Prepare technical reports, operational manuals, and topology diagrams. With over 14 years of experience in the telecommunications field, our presence spans **Chile, Peru, and Colombia**, backed by extensive expertise in ***installations and engineering***. We have established ourselves as a leading company in this sector, delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Conducting homologation tests on FTTH/GPON access equipment * Configuring and validating ONT provisioning on the network (service activation, deactivation, and modification) * Performing interoperability testing between OLT and ONT * Configuring and validating parameters on TR\-069 / ACS platforms * Managing remote administration and monitoring platforms * Validating the operation of residential CPEs and Wi\-Fi 5, Wi\-Fi 6, and Wi\-Fi 7 routers * Conducting stability, performance, and throughput testing on LAN and WAN networks * Evaluating and configuring advanced features: EasyMesh, Band Steering, Airtime Fairness, and QoS * Identifying technical faults and documenting test results * Preparing homologation technical reports with conclusions and recommendations * Configuring and validating firewall access rules according to requirements * Developing and updating operational and technical manuals per laboratory requirements * Designing and preparing network topology diagrams based on project or service needs **What We Are Looking For:** * Technical or university degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or related fields. * CCNA certification (4 modules) * Training courses in Fortinet, Huawei, and Cisco configuration * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within telecommunications companies. * Availability for on-site work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM \- San Borja **What We Value:** Knowledge in: * FTTH/GPON access networks * Access ONT, OLT, and CPE devices * ONT provisioning and configuration * TR\-069 / ACS * Remote management platforms * Wi\-Fi 5 / Wi\-Fi 6 (Wi\-Fi 7 is desirable) * Mesh / EasyMesh * Advanced features: EasyMesh, band steering, airtime fairness, etc. * Stability and throughput testing **What We Offer:** * Full payroll registration from day one * Access to corporate agreement discounts * Free certified training programs * Birthday leave * Hybrid work modality * Opportunities for professional growth
